The relationship of tourist expectations with the satifation of tourist at the tourist sites Nirwana Beach Baubau City

Abstract

This research was conducted at Nirwana Beach Tour Location Baubau City during the period of October to November 2017. The purpose of this research is to know the expectations of tourists to the object and the relationship expectations with the satisfaction of tourists in the provision of objects Wiasata Beach Nirwana Baubau City. The method used is accidental sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. The type of data observed is the expectation and satisfaction of tourist visitors. Data analysis method used is descriptive and correlation coefficient. The results of the analysis are found: (1) Based on the data obtained by the researcher on the expectation of tourists before visiting and the satisfaction of tourists after visiting about the provision of tourism object in Nirwana beach get the same penilain from the tourists that is quite good and quite satisfied, (2) between the expectation about the provision tangibles (reliability), reliability (attractiveness), attractivites (attractiveness) with the satisfaction of tourists is very strong relation.
